Register Your Warranty:
SUPC offers a 3-month warranty for products purchased through authorized channels. Additionally, we offer a 6-month Bonus Warranty to all customers that register through SUPC website.
How to Register

Visit the official website at www.suntree.asia and fill in the form in the Warranty Registration page.
2. Via Email
Please send us an email containing your order ID and Email address to register your Bonus Warranty. We will confirm your registration within one business day.

Replacement and Refund Policy
SUPC warrants to replace or refund any product proven to be defective throughout the warranty period. The warranty is not subject to the following conditions:
- Gifts without order ID
- Refunded purchases
- Lost or stolen purchases
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Any damage caused by improper operation
- Non-quality-related issues
Please Note:
All replacement do not have new warranties attached but will be covered by the warranties of the original purchases.
Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase. Purchase proofs including order number (order ID) made from online purchases or sales invoices made from offline purchases.
SUPC may ask for more than one type of purchase proofs and may require returning an item for defection inspection.

If you have purchased SUPC product on Amazon, you can find your “Order ID” by logging into your account, clicking “Your Account— Your Orders” to find the SUPC products you purchased. The Order ID is a 17-digit number, eg. 103-5309829-1115541.
This is the most effective method to identify and understand the problem with your defective product. Doing this allows us to improve our product quality, so that the product problem can be avoided in the future. Also, this is the proof of your purchase, which is required to process your product replacement.
The warranty begins from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
